| NCIL baseball and softball is for boys (ages 5-12) and girls (ages 5-13) in the Clintonville / Beechwold area. Players living outside of this area (bordered by Worthington to the north, Arcadia Ave. to the south, the Olentangy River to the west, and I-71 to the east) will be accepted into the program on a first come basis where space permits. |

| Complete the Registration Form and Medical Release Form are return one of two ways: |
- By Mail: NCIL Baseball, 5418 Rivervail Court, Columbus, OH 43221
- Walk-In Registration: Whetstone Recreation Center, 3923 N. High Street, Saturday March 6th and 13th from 10am to 1pm.

| Mail deadline is March 31, 2010. Registration forms postmarked after this date will be accepted only as space permits. With the exception of tee ball, registering after the deadline will reqire the payment of a $20 late fee. |

| Fees |
| |
| Fees cover the cost of team shirts, hats, equipment, umpires (where applicable), and field maintenance. Each player must provide their own glove, pants, and shoes. Fees are based on the cost of each league and are detailed in the Registration Form (below). |
